...However please do bear the following in mind when awaiting a response to a support ticket...

1. OUR WORKING HOURS.

Our working hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Weekends & US federal holidays are NON-WORK hours.

The following is a list of US federal holidays for the year 2008...

If you log a ticket after 5:00 pm EST on a Friday it will be responded
on the next WORKING DAY.

2. TICKET RESPONSES. (Very Important)

When you log a ticket please, do NOT sit and await an email response to your email address.

Although we do send email responses automatically with every ticket we respond to, email is getting more and more un-reliable with server side SPAM filters getting in the way without most people even knowing it.

This is why we have a HELP DESK. To make sure your response is not lost in cyber space.

After you log a ticket, BE SURE TO LOG BACK INTO THE HELP DESK TO LOOK FOR YOUR ANSWER after 24 hours hours.

If in the unlikely event you do not yet have a response please allow up to 48 working hours, (although most all of our tickets are responded to within 2 - 4 WORKING hours.)

Many people log a support ticket then sit and wait for a response by email, that may have been inadvertently caught in a SPAM filter.

To prevent any misunderstanding please LOG BACK INTO THE HELP DESK to see the response to your ticket.

Thanks in advance for your help and understanding. We look forward to serving you.
